Q3.Do you offer free samples?

A: Yes,we can supply some pc of free samples to you with freight to collect if we have the

stocks.

Q4.How many days will samples be finished?And how about the mass production?

A: Usually,5-7 days for sample making(In addition to mold making time)

For mass production,usually 25-30 days after 30%T/T payment received.

Q5: What are your terms of payment?

A: Payment<= 1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>= 1000USD, 30% T/T in advance,

70%balance before shipment. Long tems of payment could be supported base on further

cooperation.

Q6.How do you control the bottles quality?
We have the profesional QC dept make the 3 times tests before making bulk production.And we will also select and examin the quality of bottles one by one before packaging.
Q7.What we need to do if there is some damage to the cargo?
a.Any quality problem about our bottles please contact us within 7days after you get the goods.
b.Take photos firstly and send the photos to us for confirmation.When we confirm the problem, we will send you replacement in the next order.
